Singer Eddie Montgomery, of country duo Montgomery Gentry, recently partnered with local entrepreneur Tommy Mitchell to form Montgomery Mitchell Development, LLC. Long time friends, the team officially announced plans March 1 for Skylar’s Landing, a commercial development off the US 127 bypass in southern Harrodsburg, Kentucky. This 40-acre commercial development will offer numerous lots for sale around the development’s centerpiece — Eddie Montgomery’s Steakhouse. Construction is scheduled to begin April 2 with completion sometime this fall. Updates will be posted throughout the construction process so be sure to check back often.
